A Notice to Our Patients

Dear Patients,

In these uncertain times, rest assured that our women’s health team is here for you. We continue to prioritize your health and wellness as we closely monitor and implement the latest national safety guidelines and recommendations. Here is what we’d like you to know:

  1. Our clinic is open and taking care of patients.
  2. For the health and safety of you, your family, and our community, we ask that you do not bring family members and friends with you to clinic appointments.
  3. If you have an appointment scheduled at our clinic and are sick or feel unwell, please call our office at 920-885-6090 before you arrive to receive instructions.
  4. COVID-19 Information
  • If you are concerned that you have symptoms of COVID-19, please call the Marshfield Medical Center - Beaver Dam COVID-19 Information Line at 877-998-0022. They will provide info and guidance.

Patients are also encouraged to call their primary care provider if they have questions or are concerned they may need testing.

  1. If you are pregnant, it is important for us to know about your symptoms and COVID-19 test results (if available), so that we can appropriately care for you and your baby. Please call us at 920-885-6090 to let us know about your situation.
  2. If you’re experiencing warning signs, such as difficulty breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, new confusion or inability to arouse, or bluish lips or face, seek emergency medical assistance or call 911.
  3. To expectant and new mothers:

  • Our women's health team will work with you to make your labor and delivery safe and positive. Currently, one support person is allowed at the hospital with you during your labor and stay. Due to this quickly evolving situation, we will do our best to keep you informed as new information becomes available. Get the latest health and safety information for you and your baby in our blog post here.
  • CDC states that COVID-19 has not been detected in breastmilk. We encourage you to continue breastfeeding. If you begin to experience any symptoms of COVID-19, please talk to your provider.
  • While you may be excited to introduce your new baby to family and friends after his or her arrival, please continue to practice social distancing to help keep you and baby healthy. Video calling is a great (and safe) alternative to in-person visits.

Thank you for trusting our experienced doctors, midwives, and women’s health team to provide your care.
