Beaver Dam Women’s Health was founded in June 1995, when Doctors Ken and Mary Ostermann moved their business and family to the Beaver Dam area from Colorado. Their goal was to establish a clinic that provided high-level obstetric and gynecologic care, while demonstrating unmatched commitment to their patients.
Originally located in the old Beaver Dam Community Hospital, Beaver Dam Women’s Health relocated to Vita Park Medical Clinics in 2005 after the construction of the new hospital and medical campus. Over the years Beaver Dam Women’s Health has been a consistent presence in the Dodge County area, providing obstetric and gynecologic care to over 20,000 women. In 2010, Beaver Dam Women’s Health delivered 82% of all babies born at the Beaver Dam Community Hospital and 33% of all babies born in Dodge County.
