Beaver Dam Women's Health is conveniently located inside the Vita Park Medical Clinics building which is located adjacent to Beaver Dam Community Hospital. Ample free parking space is available in front of the medical complex. Enter through the BDCH main entrance and follow the lobby's left hallway to the Vita Park Medical Clinics. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. If you need extra assistance, a covered drop off area is available at the main entrance where wheelchairs and volunteers are provided in the lobby.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Emergency Care Hours are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our patients and are staffed by our own Beaver Dam Women's Health physicians and certified nurse-midwife. After hours, contact 887-7181 and ask for the Beaver Dam Women's Health care provider on call. For immediate emergency assistance, call 911 for help.
